Activation is a scientifically-backed series of motions to wake up key muscle groups and prevent injury. Strength and functional movements are the meat and potatoes of putting in the work. Big moves need to be complemented by smaller movements, which we address in accessory. The combination is unparalleled full-body conditioning formulated by our very own Bo Stansell, who holds a Masters in Exercise Science and CSCS from the University of Georgia.
